Who is responsible
Studio Turkmani (sole proprietorship, org. no. 927 363 038, Oslo) is the controller for the information you send through this site. You can reach us at hello@studioturkmani.no.
What we collect
The contact form: your name, your email address and the message you write. The Diwan pilot form: additionally your organisation's name and your role. We ask for nothing beyond what is needed to answer you.
Where it is processed
Your message is delivered as email to the studio's mailbox via Resend, an email provider in the United States (the transfer rests on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses, SCC). The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To protect the form from abuse, the number of submissions per network address is counted for up to a day — the counter contains neither your name nor your message.
Cookies and measurement
The site sets no cookies. Visits are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is aggregate and does not follow individuals.
How long
Emails are kept for as long as the enquiry or the collaboration requires. Ask for deletion at any time and we will remove them.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by writing to hello@studioturkmani.no. You can also complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
