Before anything starts. The price is in the written scope — one page — and nothing begins until you have approved it.
They are working languages, not translations. Projects run in Norwegian, Arabic and English — which is usually why an organisation gets in touch.
Nothing until it fits: a short readiness check, an honest fit review, and only then a scoped pilot with criteria agreed in writing.
Role-based access, export or deletion whenever you ask, and a data processing agreement signed before any pilot. We do not publish guarantees we have not tested.
